Traveling with them is super safe. I had randomly boarded the taxi in Dubai without any online booking and paid through card when trip was over. I realised I had left my wallet in taxi which was gone after dropping me. I looked up Google and called their number. They took a few details which were not so precise. Yet they tracked the taxi in 20-25 mins, coordinated with driver and I go my wallet back. It surely saved me from a completely ruined trip

As i am taxi user. First time i had a very bad driver yesterday! I am a person that doesnt like to complain as i am working in costumer services too. A judgmental driver to his costumer that i cannot pay my bill, and he is asking for extra bill. And i was showing him the location and give my phone to him freely as i dont know the place but he ignore me and ask me left or right? Give ur driver a good training with costumer service.

Very disappointed It was Surprising for me when i sit in the taxi from Global village tonight 1/02/2023 Taxi miter was already at AED 9 when i asked the Driver his name was “Asif” he said because he has cone from for for this job so i have to start the Miter from AED 9 In total he charged me AED 53 as i paid before only AED 35.5

I hope MoHRE will open eyes and look in to Arabia Taxi Dubai drivers poor conditions. Also they should look last month many peoples got salaries like 500 to 1500 due to Arabia Taxi company worst conditions . This is important For UAE Reputation. They hired more drivers then the cars they have it. Many Drivers are coming daily morning to get a car to work but end of the day they are going back home with empty hand. many people are waiting from weeks to get a car. while waiting whole day they are getting insulted by fleet department from morning they told drivers just wait we will give you the car but till evening they said come tomorrow even the guy name Safeer in fleet he makes fun by saying go sleep no car and want complain go to manager. We are working 12 hours a day without weekend and holidays. (They said will give 2 offs in a month but till date I didn't get that off).. Even we want to rest for one day we fear because they will count in our salary commission percentage. Their Salary Commission also tricky small difference and you will get salary near by 1000 Dirhams. Most of their cars are old model and almost finished 1 million kilometers. every time that old cars have maintenance issue. I don't know weather we will drive or waste our time to keep coming in the workshop. I will just tell you about one of my colleague horrible story so you can understand what is happening with many of their employees. My friend spent almost 3 months for visa process and RTA training. During this time he didn't get any basic salary because they are including Basic salary in commission like if your commission is 600 then they will mention in salary sleep 300 commission+300 basic. During processing visa and training in 3 months he spent like 4500 for food/Bad space and transportation. we went our self for medical/id registration/RTA training no transportation provided by company.Also he have to pay more then 6 thousand dirhams for visa and RTA training outstanding. With same story one guy got redlight fine (mistake can happen with anyone specially when arabia taxi mostly hiring directly from india and pakistan threw agents because they are easy to come in trap) now he have to pay more 4000 dirhams but company suspend him and asking for money first. How that poor guy will pay at least give him chance to work so he can do something.. They are charging much more amount even for a scratch that is different story. with this much outstandings and tension when a tourist will ask any driver what will happen? I hope MoHRE will look in to it and do something.

I lose my phone then I try to call no one pick up even the driver I lost dec.17 and I try to call 4days no one pick up and its almost one month or more than some told me to call and complain and yeah the phone is in thier company but why they not answering call how many times I call. and the driver give dec 19th to thier office maybe he thinking it will l tracking...😁 hope if some one lost they can answering I. Try use to camy husband its save and also my office number its save but no one pick its not good ..bad service the driver also rude. And they no give the receipt how can i call also.
